What size pool does package pricing cover?
Package pricing is based on a pool up to 30' x 15' with a 7' x 7' spa. The pool must be all flat. A raised spa or raised bond beam (raised pool wall) is additional cost, and pools larger than 30' x 15' are quoted after an on-site assessment. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site assessment.
Do the packages include a spa?
Yes. Package pricing is based on a pool up to 30' x 15' with a 7' x 7' spa. A raised spa is additional cost. If you want to add a spa that you don't have yet, that's a custom project and we'll quote it after an on-site consultation.
What is the mini-pebble upgrade?
It is an upgrade to the interior finish: a mini-pebble finish replaces the white plaster. It can be added to any of the three packages for +$2,800.
Do you build new pools or add spas?
Yes. Baymar started as a new pool construction company, then shifted its focus to remodels, and remains fully capable of both. Adding a spa, pool expansions, full remodels and new pool construction are custom projects, quoted after an on-site consultation.
