Pricing basis — all three packages
- Fixed, published package prices for a pool up to 30′ × 15′ with a 7′ × 7′ spa.
- All-in for the scope listed on each package, including that spa.
- The pool must be all flat.
- A raised spa or raised bond beam (raised pool wall) is additional cost.
- Pools larger than 30′ × 15′ are quoted after an on-site assessment.
